Sponsorship Opportunities at the C4UHC Symposium – June 4-7, 2024

Tier 3 [Gold] (Procedural Areas) – $5,000 – Digital Signage throughout resort, booth for all networking sessions, 3 attendees with program access, floor stickers, C4UHC Web Visibility – listed on all electronic communication.

Tier 2 [Silver] (Patient Areas) – $2,500– Booth for all networking sessions, 2 attendees with program access, C4UHC Web Visibility – listed on all electronic communication.

Tier 1 [Bronze] (General Access) – $1,500 – Booth for all breaks and meals, 1 attendee.

Booth – $1,000 – No access to program. Up to 2 attending the booth during networking sessions only.

All sponsorship and messaging must align to C4UHC Mission and promote the ANSI/NEMA SC1 Standards and Interoperability. All Booths are 6-foot tables with 2 chairs.
