The ANSI Board of Standards Review approved the submittal for NEMA SC1 recognition as an ANSI Standard. The ANSI VC1 Canvass Committee comprised of 45 companies including providers, vendor credentialing organizations, suppliers and other interested parties worked together to create these national standards.

As described in our press release: “The Consortium for Universal Healthcare Credentialing (C4UHC)” together with those “45 healthcare suppliers, providers, and vendor credentialing organizations,” is helping the industry to standardize and more efficiently comply with “diverse and duplicative requirements” responsible for “over $1 Billion annually” of excess cost that does not provide “quantifiable benefit to patients.”
